What happens after you purchase a bike; what if you don’t like the way it rides; what if you wish for a different model? There are an infinite number of bikes to enjoy and we respect them all. So here’s the scoop. Our products and services are guaranteed and we are determined to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. Here are our refund policies:

Refunds for Bikes

We want you to love your new bike. That's why you have 30 days to make sure your bike is the right size or model. If not, just return the bike in new condition along with your original sales receipt and we'll gladly give you 100% exchange value or store credit. It’s that simple.

Refunds for all other Products

We love our products and hope you do too. That said, we understand that you may buy our goods and have a change of heart. That’s why you may return any parts, accessories, and clothing items within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or store credit.  Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Price Matching

What happens if you purchase a bike and find a lower price for the identical bike at another store? We understand this may happen so here’s the scoop. We will match the price for identical bikes in the area for 30 days. Just bring in your receipt and after we confirm the price with the store, we will give you store credit for the difference. The bike must be in stock, the same model, year, color and size.

Online Order Returns

If there is a problem with something you purchased from us online, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back to us. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs only on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)


We offer Standard Ground shipping for merchandise delivery. Orders usually ship one business day after being placed. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. at this time

In-Store Pick-Up

Most orders for items in-stock at our store will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order. NOTE: Same day order pickup does not apply to Special Order Catalog items. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your Special Order items. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
